摘  要:提出一种以原子吸收分光光度计代替分子吸收分光光度计,以气态分子吸收光谱法直接测定氯化物中氯的分析方法.此方法可应用于有机氯化物及无机水样的样品分析,检出限为16μg/ml.In this paper a method of direct determination of chloride by vapour molecular absorption spectrometry is developed. Chloride was first oxidized to chlorine by a strong oxidizer in a strong acidic solution. The formed chlorine was then introduced into a special cell of an atomic absorption spectrometer. The chloride was determined by measuring the absorbance of chlorine vapour at the emission line of 324.7 nm of copper hollow cathodic lamp. The detection limit was shown to be 1.6 μg/ml. The method has been satisfactorily applied to analyse organic chloride and practial samples.
