截敏祛风汤联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨截敏祛风汤联合氯雷他定汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将120例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,治疗组给予截敏祛风汤联合氯雷他定治疗,治疗3个疗程后评定临床疗效。结果治疗组临床综合疗效总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状、体征总积分均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组总积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论截敏祛风汤联合氯雷他定能显著改善过敏性鼻炎患者的临床症状和体征。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ＂Jiemin Qufeng Decoction＂ plus loratadine in treating allergic rhinitis（AR）. Methods 120 subjects were randomly divided into two groups： control group in which 60 cases were given loratadine and treatment group in which 60 cases were given ＂Jiemin Qufeng Decoc- tion＂ plus loratadine. After 3-course treatment, the clinical effects were evaluated. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate for comprehensive clinical efficacy was 96.7% , higher than 73.33% in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ） ; the total effective rate for TCM syndrome was 95.0%, higher than 73.3% in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The symptoms and signs＇ total scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment（ P 〈0.05 ）, with more significant decrease in the treatment group than in the control group（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Jiemin Qufeng Decoction＂ plus loratadine is quite effective in improving the clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
