缚扎固定法治疗伴有重度合并症混合痔30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察缚扎固定法治疗伴有重度合并症混合痔的临床疗效。方法对30例伴有重度合并症的混合痔患者行缚扎固定法治疗,术后随访患者出血、痔核脱出、疼痛及坠胀感变化情况。结果28例患者术后症状消失,术后少量出血和外痔水肿(各1例)的2例患者经对症处理后症状均消失。6个月后随访,30例患者均达到痊愈标准,痊愈率为100%;所有患者在治疗和随访过程中均未用止痛药物,未影响基础疾病的治疗,无肛门狭窄及直肠阴道瘘等并发症发生。结论缚扎固定法可有效用于伴有重度合并症的混合痔的治疗。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the blocking and fixing operation for mixed hemorrhoids with severe complications. Methods Thirty subjects were treated by blocking and fixing operation; the conditions of bleeding, hernia, pain and down-bearing sensation were observed. Results The symptoms of 28 cases were significantly alleviated, while one patient still got a little bleeding and one patient suffered from postoperative edema of external hemorrhoid. Six-month survey showed recovery in all patients. Conclusion The blocking and fixing operation is quite effective for mixed hemorrhoids with severe complications.
