摘 要:研究了用新卟啉试剂分光光度法测定微量锌的体系,在pH为6.8的缓冲液中,Zn(Ⅱ)与TMQ6P(四(N甲基6喹啉基)卟啉四碘化物)生成1∶1型黄色配合物.该配合物的最大吸收波长为440nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.7×105L/(mol·cm),0~2.5μg/25mL服从线性关系,检出限为3.0ng/mL,体系获得了较高的灵敏度和很好的选择性,铜、铅、镍及锰不干扰.测定了铝合金标样及环境水样中的锌,结果满意.A spectrophotometric determination of zinc by quinolinylporphyrin has been studied. In pH6.8 buffer solution Zn(Ⅱ) react with TMQ 6P to form 1∶1 yellow complex. The complex exhibits an apparent molor absorptivity of 1.7×10 5 L/(mol·cm),the calibration curve is linear for 0 ̄2.5 μg/25mL,the determination limit is 3.0 ng/mL. This method has good sensitivity and excellent selectivity and its is satisfactority applied to determination zinc in standard alloy aluminum samles and environmental water samples.
