摘 要:提出了氢化物发生电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICPAES)测定多金属矿石中的痕量Sn的方法.选用酒石酸作介质,考察了不同酸介质及浓度对氢化物发生效率的影响,试验了共存元素的干扰情况.方法的检出限为1.6×10-10g/mL,精密度(RSD)为0.72%,标样分析结果满意.A method for the determination of trace Sn by hydride Generation ICPAES has been described. The influence of ICPAES operating conditions,acidic media and concentration of NaBH 4 solution have been studied. Experimental conditions were discussed and the influence of coexisting elements were investigated. The detection limit is 1.6×10 -10 g/mL and relative standard deviative 0.72%. This method has been applied to the analysis of eight standard reference multimetal ore samples and the results were in good agreement with thd recommended values.
