摘　　要：目的:探讨朝鲜族健康成人心功能变化规律。方法:选择年龄在20～80岁朝鲜族健康成人276名,用NCCOM-3型无创血流动力心功能监测仪检测心脏功能,并与汉族312名健康成人心功能检测结果进行对比分析。结果:朝鲜族与汉族L值不同;朝鲜族男女之间TFI、EVI有显著性差异;心功能指标SV、CO、EVI随年龄的增长而下降,VET延长。结论:朝鲜族与汉族心功能指标无显著性差异;肺水指数、射血速率指数因性别不同存在显著性差异;心脏每搏量、心输出量、射血速率指数随年龄的增长而降低,左室射血时间延长。Objective To explore the changes of cardiac function in Korean healthy adults.MethodTotal 276 Korean healthy adults（20~80 years old） were selected,their cardiac function were tested with NCCOM3-type non-invasive hemodynamic cardiac function monitor,and compared with 312 Han healthy adults′ cardiac function test results.ResultsL values of the Korean-Chinese and Han are different;TFI and EVI between Korean men and women showed significant difference.Cardiac function indexes,such as SV,CO,EVI,decreased with age grew,and VET extended.ConclusionThe cardiac function indicators of Korean-Chinese and Han has no significant difference.Lung water index and ejection rate index of different sex show significant difference.Heart stroke volume,cardiac output,ejection rate index decrease with age grows,and left ventricular ejection time extends.
