摘　　要：农民占我国人口的绝大多数,扩大农民有序参与政治是从根本上维护农村社会秩序稳定的一项系统工程,需要从主体条件、制度基础、重要途径和关键环节等四个方面入手,提升农民有序参与政治的权利意识,完善民主参与机制,拓宽民主参与渠道,建立健全既保证党的领导又保障村民自治权利的农村基层治理体制。The peasant population occupies the overwhelming majority of our country, expanding the peasant orderly participation politics is a system engineering that fundamentally maintains our country rural community order to be stable. It needs four aspects such as main body condition,system foundation, important way and key link and so on, that is to say, promote the right consciousness of the peasants orderly participation polities,perfect democracy participation mechanism, expand the democracy participation channel, speeds up the step of villages and towns corporate reform, establish and improve the rural grassroots government system that both ensures the party＇ s leadership and safeguards the villager self-administration fight .
