摘  要:本文采用毛细管电泳和荧光光谱法,研究了水相合成的碲化镉量子点与巯基聚乙二醇配体相互作用。研究发现巯基聚乙二醇能够包覆在碲化镉量子点表面。这种包覆层能够提高量子点的稳定性和生物相容性。In this paper,we systematically investigated the interaction between CdTe QDs and thiol-polyethylene glycol (PEG-SH) using capillary electrophoresis (CE) and fluorescence spectrometry. We found that PEG-SH was able to bind to CdTe QDs and form QDs-PEG-SH conjugates. The QDs-PEG-SH conjugates were well separated from QDs and PEG-SH reaction mixture by CE. The data demonstrated that PEG-SH possessed strong adsorption to QDs,and QDs-PEG-SH conjugates had showed good stability and fluorescent property,and had potential applications in biological and biomedical fields. Moreover,it also illustrated that CE was a useful tool to study the interaction of QDs with ligand molecules.
