摘　　要：在回顾科技中介、科技中介服务体系、科技中介服务体系构建等文献的基础上,分析了制约科技中介服务体系形成的因素,阐述了科技中介服务体系的形成机制;最后从完善组织机制、重视外部环境建设、增强造血机能、发挥推动和引导机制作用等方面,提出了促进科技中介服务体系发展的政策建议。Science and technology intermediary is the urgent need to strengthen. Based on literature review its construction, this article analyses restriction factors system, and elaborates its formation mechanism from Finally, this paper puts forward policy suggestion weak part in the national innovation system which is in of science and technology intermediary, service system and of formation of science and technology intermediary service the perspective of national wealth creation strategy theory. to promote the development of science and technology intermediary service system from organization mechanism, outside mechanism, hematopoietic mechanism, impetus and guidance joint forces mechanism.
