摘  要:对典型的低品位多金属氧化锰矿——铁锰型金银矿中锰及有价金属的浸出工艺进行了研究。采用两矿加酸法对低品位铁锰型金银矿进行浸锰处理,提取金属锰,锰的平均收率达到94.26%,同时可显著改善有价金属金、银在锰矿中的赋存状态,然后用硫脲浸出金银。金银的浸出率在优化条件下分别达到98%和45%。The leaching process studies on manganese and valued metal in typically low-grade polymetallic manganese oxide ore iron-manganese type kuestelite was carried out. Manganese leaching treatment was conducted by two-mineral acid method for low-grade iron-manganese type kuestelite to extract metallic manganese, which the average recovery of manganese reached 94.26% and the occurrence state of the valued metal gold and silver in manganese ore was improved significantly, then gold and silver were leached by thiourea. Under the optimization conditions the leaching rate of gold and silver reached 98% and 45% respectively.
