摘 要:采用红外光谱和气质联用分析了电视机外壳塑料成分,通过热解及热重分析实验研究了电视机外壳塑料中多溴二苯醚(PBDEs)阻燃剂脱除过程的质量传递,根据传质理论建立了一个理想的PBDEs脱除传质模型,并用本模型对实验数据进行分析。结果表明,电视机外壳塑料主要成分是渗杂了PBDEs阻燃剂的高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS),PBDEs脱除传质模型反映了电子塑料阻燃剂脱除基本特征,阻燃剂脱除过程传质系数κ为11.5 g/(s.m2),电视机外壳塑料中阻燃剂质量分数为12.53%。The plastic shell components and the mass transfer of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) flame retardants in TV plastic shells were analyzed respectively by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry, pyrolysis and thermogravimetric analysis. An ideal mass transfer model for PBDEs removal was established according to the mass transfer theory, by which the experimental data were analyzed. The result indicates that the main component of TV housing is high impact polystyrene ( HIPS), which is doped with PBDEs flame retardant. The mass transfer model for PBDEs removal reflects the basic characteristics of flame retardants removal exactly. The mass transfer coefficient K in the flame retardant removal process is 11.5 g/(s · m2) and the mass fraction of flame retardant in TV housing plastic is 12.53%.
