摘 要:利用线型低聚物聚丙二醇(PPG)和正庚烷为混合致孔剂,采用悬浮聚合法合成了一系列聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯灌注色谱分离介质,采用扫描电镜和压汞仪对介质的孔形貌和孔结构进行了表征。考察了交联度、致孔剂聚丙二醇和正庚烷的质量比、聚丙二醇相对分子质量和致孔剂与单体质量比等因素对介质孔结构和孔形貌的影响。研究结果表明,当聚丙二醇与正庚烷以一定比例混合作致孔剂时,可得到一类孔径大于1 000 nm的聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯型灌注色谱分离介质。该研究为灌注型色谱分离介质提供了一种新的制备方法。A series of macroporous poly (styrene-divinylbenzene) resins applied to perfusion chromatography were prepared by suspension polymerization in the presence of polypropylene glycol (PPG) and heptane as coporogen. The pore structure and morphology of the macroporous resins were characterized with scanning electron microscopy and mercury intrusion porosimetry. The effects of crosslinking degree, mass ratio of polypropylene glycol to heptane, and relative molecular mass of polypropylene glycol on the development of porosity of the copolymers were discussed. The results show that macro porous polymer microspheres with average pore diameter larger than 1 000 nm can be prepared when the coporogen is composed of a certain proportion of PPG and heptane. The research provides a new method for the preparation of macro porous poly (styrene-divinylbenzene) resins applied to perfusion chromatography
