摘 要:对云南金所年青褐煤进行H2O2降解制备黄腐酸的试验研究,通过透析将黄腐酸分为相对分子质量不同的7个级分,对其进行元素分析、红外光谱等研究。结果表明:对黄腐酸产率影响最大的因素是煤与氧化剂质量比,其次是氧化降解时间,氧化剂质量分数影响最小。优化工艺:煤与H2O2质量比1∶0.38,氧化降解温度30℃,氧化降解时间180 min,H2O2质量分数为15%,在此条件下黄腐酸产率达19%。理化分析结果表明:降解产物黄腐酸中总酸性基团、羧基质量摩尔浓度显著提高;随着相对分子质量的增加,氧元素和含氧官能团减少。The experimental investigation of Yunnan Jinsuo brown coal oxidized with H202 solution for preparing fulvic acids was carried out in laboratory. The products were fractionated into seven fractions based on different relative molecular mass by dialysis, and each fraction was characterized by elemental analyzer, IR spectrometry, etc. The results show that the mass ratio of coal to oxidant is the first effect on the yield remarkably, and the second is the oxidization duration, and the oxidant mass fraction has no obvious effect. The optimum process conditions are as follows : mass ratio of coal to oxidant 1 : 0.38, oxidization temperature 30 ~C, oxidization duration 180 min, H202 mass fraction 15%. Under such conditions, the yield of fulvic acids is up to 19%. The analysis of component properties indicates that the content of carboxyl and total acidic group in the product are obviously improved; with the increasing of the relative molecular mass, the oxygen and oxygen-containing functional groups decrease.
