摘 要:用XRY-1C氧弹式量热计测定了萘普生的标准摩尔燃烧焓,其值为-7 026.5 kJ/mol,并用萘作标准物检测了仪器的可靠性,标准摩尔燃烧焓测定值与文献值的绝对误差为4.53 kJ/mol,相对误差为0.088%。结合热力学原理,计算出萘普生的标准摩尔生成焓为-483.5 kJ/mol。用DSC-60差示扫描量热仪测定了萘普生和苯甲酸在不同温度范围内的比定压热容,并建立起比定压热容随温度的变化关系,为萘普生的工艺开发、工程设计以及工业化生产提供了热力学基础数据。The standard mole combustion enthalpy of naproxen was determined by XRY-1C oxygen-bomb calorimeter, which is -7 026.5 kJ/mol. The reliability of instrument was tested by naphthalene as reference material, and the absolute error and relative error are 4.53 kJ/ mol and 0. 088% respectively by comparing the measured value with literature value about the standard combustion enthalpy of naphthalene. The standard formation enthalpy of naproxen was calculated to be - 483.55 kJ/mol based on the thermodynamic principle. The specific heat capacity of naproxen and benzoic acid was measured within different temperature ranges by DSC-60 differential scanning calorimetry, and the specific heat capacity was expressed as a function of temperature. The basic data of thermodynamics are helpful for exploiting new synthetic method, engineering design and commercial process of naproxen.
