摘　　要：对2000、2005年化肥预测需求和根据在建、拟建氮肥工程项目总量供需平衡情况,尿素产量尚有不足,建议对原“九五”计划尚未批准可研氮肥工程进行一些调整,择优早日建设,并提出择优条件和扶持政策。Based on the balance between an estimated requirement and supply(total capacity including the projects under construction and to be constructed in the plan) for the year of 2000 and 2005,It is said that urea will be short in supply at that time. Some of suitable projects (Their feasibility study unproved yet in the Ninth Five-Year-Plan)are suggested to be selected and put into construction as soon as possible. The criteria of selection and related policy are put forward.
