摘　　要：该文在对基于策略的网络管理系统的基本模型、系统组成的分析基础上,研究了策略网络管理系统的性能指标,提出了采用基于专家评测的模糊综合评价方法,评判系统的总体质量,具有实际工程应用价值。Based on the analysis of the fundamental model and system makeup of policy-based network management system, this paper researches the performance indexes of the system, and adopts a fuzzy synthetical evaluation method based on expert evaluating to evaluate the whole system quality. The method proves to be valuable for project application.
