摘 要:目的了解宁夏0-14岁健康儿童脊灰抗体水平,为及时制定免疫策略提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法抽取银川、中卫、固原市0-14岁健康儿童403名,运用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测脊灰IgG抗体。结果0-14岁儿童脊灰抗体阳性率为99.0%,抗体阳性保护率为94.8%,抗体脊灰平均滴度为1∶1567。不同地区儿童脊灰抗体平均滴度和保护率均不同;不同年龄段、不同免疫史儿童脊灰抗体保护率有差异,滴度呈递增趋势。结论0-14岁健康儿童脊灰抗体阳性率和几何平均滴度均保持在较高水平,已经成了牢固的免疫屏障。Objective To understand the immune status of poliomyelitis among 0-14 healthy children in Ningxia,and to provide scientific evidence for the immunization strategy.Methods 0-14 year-old healthy children were randomly enrolled from Yinchuan,Zhongwei,and Guyuan.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used for detecting IgG antibodies.Results The positive rate of polio serum IgG antibody was 99.0%,and there was 94.8% cases of polio antibody level reached the level of protection in 403 healthy children.Geometric mean antibody titer(GMT) was 1:1567.The average children's polio antibody titers and protection rates were different in different area;the different ages and different history of children's polio immune body protection ration were different,the antibody titer increased progressively.Conclusion IgG antibody positive rate and GMT level are still maintaining a high leave,and the firm immune barrier to poliomyelitis between 0-14 had been formed.
