2007-2009年南充市城区新开业茶坊卫生监测结果分析

摘  要:目的了解南充市公共场所卫生状况,改善公共场所卫生质量。方法对2007-04/2009-03南充市城区内新开业的茶坊卫生监测结果进行分析。结果共监测49家茶坊,指标中茶具的细菌菌落总数合格率最低为65.62%;其次是空气二氧化碳合格率为79.14%;其他指标合格率均在85.0%以上;夏季新开业茶坊空气湿度合格率低,为76.67%,闹市区新开业茶坊噪声合格率低,为72.73%。结论卫生监测结果表明南充市新开业茶坊卫生指标合格率较低,应加强监督监测,提高卫生水平。Objective To understand the hygienic status of public places in Nanehong and improve hygienic level. Methods The data of public health surveillance in newly running teahouses in the urban area of Nanehong from April, 2007 to March, 2009 were analyzed. Results Forty teahouses were under surveillance. The low- est qualified rate of detections of carbon dioxide in air and aerobic bacterial count of tea-sets was 79. 14% and 65.62% respectively, and the qualified rate of other indicators were above 85.0%. The hygienic status of the teahouses varied by sites and seasons, the teahouses were noised in downtown area and were humidity in summary. Conclusion The hygienic status of the teahouses was poor, it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance to improve the hygienic level.
