摘　　要：目的了解基层军官身心健康状况及其相关因素,通过护理干预,恢复和保持身心健康的完满状态,培养正确的"健商",养成良好的生活方式。方法①应用量表和自行设计问卷,对基层军官的身心健康、生活质量综合评定、亚健康知识和部分生活方式进行调查。②将舒适护理理论应用于基层军官疗养;开展以团体心理疏导为主,个体心理疏导为辅的心理护理;进行多种形式多项内容的健康教育;建立基层军官护理健康档案,通过随访对基层军官进行健康管理。③对护理效果进行评估。结果基层军官普遍存在亚健康状况,护理干预有一定效果。结论护理干预有利于基层军官的身心健康恢复与保持。Objective To understand the status and relevant factors of physical and mental health of inferior troops＇ officers in or- der to restore and maintain a satisfactory state of physical and mental health, cultivate a perfect ＂health quotient＂ and foster the good life style by nursing intervention.Methods OPhysical and mental health and life quality of inferior troops＇ officers were evaluated and their subhealth knowledge and parts of lifestyle were investigated by using rating scales and self-designed questionnaire.（~）Nursing interventions were performed in inferior troops＇ officers incluing application of comfortable nursing theory, takening group psycholog- ical counseling as principle and individual psychological counseling as supplement, health education in different ways and contents, establishment of health file and health management through the follow up. （~）The effects of nursing were evaluated.Results Nursing intervention had an effect on sub-health state which was universal in inferior troops＇ officers.Conclusion Nursing intervention is help- ful for restoring and maintaining the physical and mental health of the inferior troop＇ officers.
