摘 要:使用Ni-Mo催化剂,在固定床微型反应器上进行喹啉、吲哚和咔唑存在下的4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩(4,6-DMDBT)加氢脱硫(HDS)反应。结果表明,含氮化合物对4,6-DMDBT HDS有强烈的抑制作用。这3种氮化物的抑制作用大小顺序是:喹啉、咔唑和吲哚。氮化物对于HDS 2条反应路径均有抑制作用,但是抑制的程度不同。喹啉对先加氢再脱硫(HYD)反应路径的影响比对直接脱硫(DDS)反应路径的强烈得多;吲哚存在下HYD反应为主要的HDS反应;咔唑对2条反应路径的抑制程度相似,使4,6-DMDBT HDS的HYD和DDS反应比例与不添加氮化物时相似。氮化物含量增加使4,6-DMDBT HDS中DDS反应比例增加。Inhibition effects of quinoline, indole and carbazole on the hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene (4,6-DMDBT) over Ni-Mo catalyst were experimentally studied in a fixed-bed high pressure micro-reactor. The three nitrogen compounds possessed very strong inhibition effects in the 4,6-DMDBT HDS, which were in the order of quinoline, carbazole and indole. The inhibited both reaction routs of the 4,6-DMDBT HDS with the different degrees. Quinoline inhibited HYD reaction route more intensely than DDS route and the HDS of 4,6-DMDBT mainly occurred along the DDS route, while HYD route was main reaction route in the presence of indole. Carbazole inhibited two routs similarly. Addition of nitrogen compounds could make the ratio of DDS route rise in 4,6-DMDBT HDS.
