摘  要:制备了α-甲基丙烯酸十六酯、马来酸酐、醋酸乙烯酯三元共聚物的胺解衍生物AMV-a,将其用作柴油低温流动改进剂,分析了胺解用脂肪胺碳链长度对AMV-a降滤效果的影响,考察了AMV-a对不同种类柴油的感受性,讨论了AMV-a与商业降凝剂的协同效应及其降滤机理。结果表明,当AMV-a添加质量分数为0.08%时,张家港0#柴油和胜利海科5#柴油的冷滤点最大降幅分别为6和4℃;AMV-a对中国4种不同产地的柴油均表现出较好的感受性;与3种商业降凝剂复配后,表现出良好的协同效应。The amidolysis derivatives (AMV-a) of the terpolymers (AMV) made by methacrylate ester, maleic anhydride and vinyl acetate were synthesized and used as cold flow improver for diesel fuels. The effects of chain length of fatty amine used in amidolysis on the cold filter plugging point depression (ΔCFPP) were discussed. The sensitivity of different kinds of diesel fuels to AMV-a, the synergism of AMV-a with typically commercial pour point depressants (PPD) and the mechanism of (ΔCFPP) were investigated. It was shown that the ΔCFPP of Zhangjiagang 0# diesel was 6℃ and the ΔCFPP of Shengli haike 5# diesel was 4℃ both with addition of 0.08% AMV-a. The AMV-a showed favorable sensitivity to diesel fuels from different production areas, and the synergism of AMV-a with three typically commercial PPD, respectively, could improve the low temperature performance of diesel fuels significantly.
