摘　　要：我国经济的持续和快速发展推动了能源需求。能源供应量的限制及环境形势的日益严重,促使我们必须加强能源的节约和有效利用。石油和化学工业是国民经济的重要支柱产业,同时,能源消耗总量在我国能源消耗总量中所占比重较高。因此,对石油和化学工业能源的节约和有效利用进行规划是非常必要的。本文从企业、化学工业区、区域和国家等层面探讨了进行能源的节约和有效利用值得关注和需要解决的问题。China′s sustained and rapid economic development has contributed to energy demand.The energy supply limit and environmental situation serious day by day,urges us to strengthen energy conservation and effective use.Petroleum and chemical industry is an important pillar role in national economy,while the total energy consumption in China′s total energy consumption to be higher proportionl.Therefore,the petroleum and the chemical industry of energy conservation and efficient use of planning is very necessary.The article mainly discusses energy conservation、efficient use and the problems to resolve,in terms of the enterprise,the chemical industrial park,regional and national levels.
