摘  要:基于STAR-CD对燃油喷射进行三维两相流数值模拟,利用高速摄影对定容室内喷雾过程进行了研究分析。比较了喷雾特性的模拟计算结果和实验图片,验证了模型的正确性。分析了喷射压力、缸内温度和喷孔直径对喷雾特性的影响。通过研究,获得了喷雾贯穿距和索特平均直径随喷射、环境条件和喷嘴几何参数变化的一般规律。Based on STAR-CD, a three-dimensional two-phase numerical simulation and an experiment research of the characteristics of fuel injection were carried out. The experiments were conducted in a constant volume chamber with a high-speed camera. The results from the numerical simulation were compared with the pictures from the experiments and the correctness of model was verified. The influences of injection pressure, gas temperature of cylinder and the diameter of nozzle hole on the spray characteristics were analyzed. Through the investigations, the general knowledge about the spray characteristics such as spray penetrate length and Santer mean radius was obtained under different injection, ambient condition and nozzle geometry parameters.
