摘  要:为了实现发动机的清洁、高效燃烧,二甲基醚作为压燃式发动机的代用燃料已经引起了国内外的广泛关注。本文在KIVA源程序中向燃料库添加液态DME的各种物性参数数据模块等以建立二甲醚燃料库,针对二甲醚燃料建立了油束模型和燃烧模型,并把这些数学模型耦合入KIVA后形成子程序并建立了二甲醚燃烧数值仿真计算平台。利用建立的平台计算了燃烧二甲醚柴油时的各组分含量。数值模拟表明:仿真结果与试验结果相同,所建立的二甲醚燃烧过程数值模拟平台具有一定的实用性。结果表明:燃用二甲醚的发动机与燃用柴油比较,缸内组分CO、CO2量较少。In order to achieve clean and efficient engine combustion, DME has attracted wide attention both at home and abroad as the alternative fuel for compression ignition engine. In this paper, physical parameters of the liquid DME are added to fuel database of the KIVA source program to build up DME fuel database, and the oil-beam model and the combustion model are set up for DME fuel. Both the two models are coupled into KIVA to build up a numerical simulation calculating platform. Each component in the cylinder of DME diesel combustion is calculated. The Numerical simulation results show that: the simulation results accord with the experimental ones, and the DMI combustion numerical simulation platform is of certain degree of practicality. O2 content in cylinder while fueled with DME is almost the same as that fueled with diesel, but CO and CO2 are less.
