摘  要:采用静态荧光光谱分析法研究两组不同质量浓度的稀土硝酸镧、硝酸钐对杜氏盐藻生长及其叶绿素积累的影响,并对其机理进行了讨论,分别得出适宜于盐藻生长的稀土质量浓度.结果表明,硝酸镧质量浓度为2mg/L、硝酸钐的为20mg/L时的促进作用较同组其它浓度稍明显;分别观察370nm光激发叶绿素a和460nm光激发叶绿素c的荧光峰值曲线,硝酸镧和质量浓度为60mg/L的硝酸钐对盐藻培养后期叶绿素a的积累起到了抑制作用,同时2种稀土均加速了盐藻中叶绿素c的消耗.The effect of two different concentrations of rare earth, nitrate-lanthanum and nitrate-shirt, on growth of D. salina and chlorophyll accumulation is studied by static fluorescence spectrometry. The mechanism of rare-earth affecting on the growth of D. salina is analyzed. The more suitable concentration of rare-earth for the growth of D. salina is obtained. The results show that the promotion by 2 mg/L of nitrate-lanthanum and 20 mg/L of nitrateshirt is superior to others in the same group. From the fluorescence peak curve of chlorophyll a excited by the light of 370 nm and that of chlorophyll c by the light of 460 nm, nitrate-lanthanum and 60 mg/L of nitrate-shirt play the roles of inhibition at the later stage of chlorophyll a accumulation, and two kinds of rare earth accelerate the consumption of chlorophyll c in algae.
