摘  要:静电问题是气相法聚乙烯流化床生产过程的突出技术难题,其在很大程度上影响装置的平稳运行。文中从各主要工艺操作角度对静电电势进行"先发"控制,通过控制流化床内的静电电荷积累和减少助催化剂与杂质的反应而将静电电势控制在一个较低的水平,从而防范因静电问题而带来的风险。本文首次采用动态平衡的观点来分析流化床中静电带入、产生和消散的内在关系,有助于降低反应器内静电电势。One of the major technical problems in the gas-phase polyethylene fluidized processes was the eleetrostatie charge build-up inside the bed, which greatly affected the smooth running of the plant. In order to prevent the risks of statie eleetrieity, the artiele gave a pre-eontrol concept from the aspect of process operation, it meant to keep the electric potential at a low level by controlling the electrostatic charge accumulation inside the fluidized bed and reducing the possibility of eoeatalyst to react with impurities. It was the first time to identify the entrance, generation and dissipation of eleetrostatie eharge in the view of temporary balanee.
