摘　　要：介绍了超高效液相色谱的技术特点和优势,并对磺胺类药物的测定进行了HPLC和UPLC两种条件下的分析比较,结果表明:超高效液相色谱方法的突出优点体现在节省分析时间和溶剂用量上,尤其对基质复杂的痕量组分测定采用该方法以提高分析通量是今后发展的必然趋势。This paper concisely introduced the technical characteristics and advantages of ultra performance liquid chromatography （ UPLC）, and compared the analysis results of sulfonamides drugs performed by HPLC and UPLC. The results showed that, the outstanding benefits of UPLC embodied in the saving analysis time and solvent consumption, in particular, when trace components of complex matrix were measured, therefore, it is the inevitable trend to improve the analysis of flux of trace components by using UPLC in the future.
