摘 要:[目的]了解大学生在校期间体育与健康意识、体育锻炼的实践、生活方式等情况。[方法]对鲁东大学非体育专业不同年级的男女大学生共1246人进行问卷调查,内容包括对体育的认识及参与程度、对健康的理解等。[结果]体育意识与行为与体育锻炼的时间,大学生参加课外体育锻炼的时间普遍较少,周均小于1h者占13.40%,周均1~3h者占77.52%,周均大于3h者占9.07%;体育意识与体育锻炼内容、体育锻炼的主要困难有关,其中男生进行篮球运动比较多占60.68%;女生进行羽毛球运动比较多占52.07%;体育锻炼的主要困难是缺乏场地器材占55.13%、缺乏技术指导占53.69%;健康意识行为与对健康的理解、影响健康的主要因素、每天睡眠的时间、每天工作学习的时间、有无压力感及对目前生活的满意度有关。[结论]应加强大学生体育意识与行为的培养,创建良好的校园环境,保证大学生体育锻炼正常进行,传播健康知识,落实措施,转变行为。[Objective] To investigate the status of physical education and health awareness,the practice of physical ex-ercise,lifestyle among college students [Methods] A total of 1 246 people in Ludong University of non-professional sports men and women students in different grades were investigated,the questionnaire included awareness and participation for sports and understanding for health. [Results] The time of sports consciousness,behavior and physical activity as well as the partici-pating in extra-curricular physical exercise among college students were generally less,and people with exercise less than 1 h per week accounted for 13.40%,for people with 1-3 h per week accounted for 77.52 percent,for people with more than 3 h per week accounted for 9.07 percent; Awareness of sports was related to the physical training,the difficult of physical training. 60.68% of the male students were fond of basketball; 52.07% of female students were fond of badminton campaign; 55.13% of the students said the main difficult of physical activity was lack of facilities and equipment,and 53.69% of the students said was lack of technical guidance; The main factors of health behavior for the awareness of health were sleep time,feeling of pressure and satisfaction of the current life. [Conclusion] We should strengthen the awareness and behaviors of sports training for students,establish a good campus environment,ensure the normal operation of university students physical exercise,disseminate of health knowledge,promote of health awareness among college students for the promotion of health awareness among college students,the implementation measures to change behavior and promote formation of good health among college students.
