隆安县农村居民乙型肝炎病毒感染现况研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解2004年隆安县农村居民的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染现况。[方法]以分层抽样方法对广西隆安县12个乡镇108个自然村30～55岁农村居民进行调查,抽取静脉血,及时分离血清,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)检测HBsAg,用赖氏法检测受试者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)。[结果]调查人群HBsAg阳性率为14.51%,ALT异常率为7.05%,HBsAg阳性且ALT异常率为2.87%。男性HBsAg阳性率和/或ALT异常率(16.66%、9.18%、3.61%)均明显高于女性(12.60%、5.16%、2.21%)(均P﹤0.05),各年龄组HBsAg阳性率、ALT异常率、HBsAg阳性且ALT异常率均有统计学差异(均P﹤0.01)。HBsAg阳性率随年龄增长下降(P﹤0.01)。HBsAg阳性人群ALT异常率(19.77%)高于HBsAg阴性人群(4.89%)(P﹤0.01)。[结论]广西隆安县仍是乙型肝炎高发区,应切实做好肝病防治工作。[Objective] To understand the hepatitis B viral infection of rural residents in Longan county of Guangxi in 2004. [Methods] The study subjects were selected from residents aged 30-55 from all villages throughout Longan county by stratified sampling. A sampling of blood was drawn from each study subject. Sera were tested for HBsAg used Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay （ELISA）,and alanine aminotransferase （ALT） used King＇s method. [Results] The positive rate of HBsAg was 14.51%. The abnormal rate of ALT was 7.05%. The rate of HBsAg positive and ALT abnormal was 2.87%. The HBsAg positive and / or ALT abnormal rate in male was significantly higher than that of female （ 16.66% ,9.18% ,3.61% vs. 12.60%,5.16%,2.21%）（P﹤0.05 for all）. There were significant difference of the HBsAg positive rate,ALT abnormal rate,HBsAg positive and ALT abnormal rate in different age groups （P﹤0.01 for all）. The HBsAg positive rate was decreased with age growing （P﹤0.01）. The ALT abnormal rate was significantly higher in HBsAg positive populations （19.77%） than those HBsAg negative populations （4.89%） （P﹤0.01）. [Conclusion] Longan county is still high incidence area of hepatitis B,we should take a better countermeasures against the disease.
