摘 要:[目的]了解柳江河鱼类感染肝吸虫囊蚴情况,为预防肝吸虫病提供科学依据。[方法]采集柳江河道内常见鱼种,用直接压片法检查肝吸虫囊蚴,用消化法检查感染度。[结果]采集到35种鱼,其中32种不同程度感染肝吸虫囊蚴,感染率为10.47%,感染度为4.6个/g。麦穗鱼的感染率(21.47%)和感染度(9.9个/g)最高。各河段感染率不同,象州县河段感染率较高,三江县和柳州市区河段感染率较低。夏秋两季鱼的感染率较高,春冬两季较低。中、上水层鱼类的感染率较高,下水层鱼类较低。杂食性和草食性鱼类的感染率较高,肉食性鱼类较低。[结论]柳江河多数鱼种不同程度感染肝吸虫囊蚴,鱼类感染肝吸虫囊蚴与水层、季节、食性等因素有关。[Objective] To understand the situation of Liujiang river fish infected the metacercaria of liver flukes,and to provide the scientific basis for the prevention of liver fluke sickness. [Methods] We captured the common fish in the Liujiang River,inspected the metacercaria of liver flukes using direct compression method,and the infectiosity was inspected by digestion method. [Results] 35 kinds of fish were sampled,and 32 kinds of them were infected the metacercaria of liver flukes with different degrees,the infection rate was 10.47% ,and the infectiosity was 4.6 per gram. The Maisui fish's infection rate (21.47%) and the infectiosity (9.9 per gram) was the highest. The infection rate was different with different river,the highest was Xiangzhou County,and the lowest was Sanjiang County and Liuzhou City. In summer and autumn the infection rate was higher,but in spring and winter was lower. In the upper and medium water layers the infection rate was higher,and the low water layer was lower. Omnivorous and herbivorous fish's infection rate was higher,but the carnivorous fish was lower. [Conclusion] Some kinds of fish in the Liujiang River were infected the metacercaria of liver flukes with different degrees,the infection was related to the water layer,the season and the feeding habits.
