摘　　要：针对北兴公司连轧线存在的孔型系统繁杂、兼容性差、配辊困难等问题,对现有孔型系统及相关规格提出了优化合并重组方案,并制定了相应的工艺技术及操作规范,从而简化了孔型系列,降低了配辊难度,减少了操作废品率,使生产稳定运行。In view of the problems pass system, such as complex , bad compatibility and diffieuh ar- rangement of continuous billet mill for round bar at Beixing Special Steel Limited Liability Company, the pass systems were optimized, meal while , the related process specifications and operation schemes were established . the practical production show that these imprdvements simplified pass system and reduced roll arrangement diffieuhy .
