摘　　要：目的了解尘肺患者及亲属对社会干预需求情况,为对尘肺病开展社会干预管理提供理论依据。方法抽取岳阳市部分尘肺患者345名,亲属241名,用自拟问卷形式,结合尘肺相关项目、患者对社会干预需求子项目评分,按得分多少依序录入前10项,并抽取556名肺结核患者和167名患者家属作为对照组进行比较。结果尘肺患者得分(3.17±0.619)低于对照组(3.78±0.604,χ2=14.59,P<0.01).尘肺病需求排名前3项分别为:尘肺病相关国家政策、医保问题、病情变化等项目。亲属需求排名前3项分别为:照顾患者须知、病情变化、患者的饮食营养等项目。健康教育需求干预形式首选是患者交流(40.29%);干预渠道首选电视(35.07%);支持来源主要是家人(54.02%)。结论尘肺患者及家属的需求不同,应有针对性的开展社会干预管理。Objective To investigate the demands of pneumoconiosis patients and their family members for social intervention and provide theoretical evidence for the social intervention and management of pneumoconiosis pa- tyients. Methods A total of 345 pneumoconiosis patients and 241 family menbers were selected by cluster sampling in Yueyang. A questionnaire survey was conducted among them on the items about pneumoeoniosis intervention. The first ten items selected by the score of the subjects were compared with the results of a con- trol study of 556 pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 167 family menbers. Results The score of the pneumo- coniosis patients （3. 17±0.62） was lower than that of the control group （3.78 ±0.60） （X2 = 14.59, P 〈 0.01）. The first three items to which the pneumoconiosis patients were intrested were the relative policies in the country, the medeare insurrance and the change on patients condition. The first three items to which the family menbers were intrested included the caring of patients, the change on patients condition and the pa- tients diet and nutrition. The method of health education which the subjects prefered was the exchange be- tween the patients （40.29%）, the main channel of health education was watching TV （35.07%） and the support manly came from the family menbers （54. 02% ）. Conclusion The demands of pneumoconiosis pa- tients and their family menbers are varied, so the targeted intervention and management should be conducted.
