摘　　要：目的探讨AO解剖型钢板内固定治疗股骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法2004-01/2008-01采用切开复位AO解剖型钢板内固定治疗髁间骨折28例。结果随访14年。术后48个月骨折均愈合。采用Merchan等提出的功能评定标准:优11例,良12例,中4例,差1例,优良率82.1%。结论应用AO解剖型钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折操作简便,固定可靠,可早期关节功能锻炼,是一种良好的内固定方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of AO anatomical plate to treat femoral intercondyloide fractures treatmented with AO anatomical plate. Methods From January. 2004 to January. 2008, 28 cases of intercondyl0id fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with AO anatomical plate in the treatment of 28 cases of intercondylar fractures. Results All the patients were followed up for 1 -4 years, who were recovered in 4 - 8 months after the operation all healing of fractures. The clinical outcomesre- suhs were evaluated by the Merchan knee scoring system. Among the patients, 11 cases were excellent, 12 were good, 4 were moderatefair , and 1 was poor, and the excellent and good rate was 82.1%. Conclusions AO anatomical platefemoral intercondyle plate is effective in the a good treatment of method for femoral in- tercondyloide fracture, with the advantages of minimal invasion, stable fixation, and less postoperative com- plications.
