摘  要:目前,电子式电压互感器大都采用分压原理,一次侧与二次回路之间缺乏有效的电气隔离,为此提出一种螺线管空心线圈型电子式电压互感器。螺线管与电容器串联,通过测量流经电容器的电流来实现对一次侧高电压的测量。螺线管空心线圈作为电流传感器输出二次电压信号给处理电路,它不存在磁饱和问题,具有测量线性度好、测量动态范围宽等优点。装置中使用两套信号处理电路以提供多路测量信号供用户使用,采用功率放大器以保证电子式电压互感器有足够的二次负载能力。实验表明,该电子式电压互感器达到了一定的测量精度,具有良好的线性度,且响应速度快。Presently, most of electronic voltage transformer applies theory of voltage dividing to supply secondary voltage signals and there is not enough electric isolation between the primary and secondary circuit. For this reason, a new type of electronic voltage transformer based on spiral air-core coil current sensor is proposed. In series with the capacitor, the current sensor can detect the current in it to reflect the primary high voltage: As current sensor, the spiral air-core coil has good linearity, big bandwidth without magnetic saturation problem. To meet different requirements of measurement accuracy ratings, two signal processing circuits are provided to supply with related voltage signals. Power amplifiers are adopted in the signal processing circuit to guarantee against losing capability of sustaining secondary load. The experiment data indicate that the electronic voltage transformer has fast dynamic response, a big bandwidth and high linearity.
