摘 要:提出一种基于数模相互转换技术的多电平逆变器,把A/D和D/A转换技术移植到多电平逆变上。首先对正弦半波进行A/D转换,得到的数据经处理进入功率D/A转换电路,输出为正弦阶梯半波,再到极性转换电路得到正弦阶梯波。根据D/A转换规律,位数增加一位,输出阶梯波电平数将增加一倍,减小了输出谐波的含量。当转换位数足够时,改变A/D转换输入幅度,可达到调压目的。实验结果表明,该逆变器,输出电平数多、滤波简单和开关损耗低。This paper proposes a multi-level inverter based on the technology of digital-to-analog conversion, namely, the technology of the conversion of A/D and D/A is applied to the multi level inversion. Firstly, halfwave data of the sine wave are converted through A/D converter. Then the processed data from the A/D con verter are input the power D/A conversion circuit which geenerates the output of sinusoidal half-wave. Finally, through polarity conversion circuit,the outputs are transformed into sinusoidal staircase waveform. According to the law of D/A conversion, provided that the digit capacity increases by one unit, the level number of the output staircase wave will be multiplied and the output harmonic content will be reduced. When the conversion digit capacity is sufficient, the output voltage amplitude can be regulated through changing A/D conversion input amplitude. Experiment results indicate the correctness of the multi-level inverter,and shows that the multilevel inverter has advantages of multi-level,simple filitering and low switching loss.
