摘 要:以镁钙质量分数大于2.5%的高钛渣为原料,采用复合流化床制备四氯化钛新工艺进行中试试验。对试验中氯气流量、流态化温度等参数进行了讨论,并对反应产物的形貌进行了分析,同时计算了反应效率。中试结果表明,TiO2的转化率达到90%。通过检测发现收尘渣表面富集MgCl2和CaCl2,而流化床中未出现粘结,说明该流化床具有一定的抗粘结能力。A new process of TiC14 preparation in a combined fluidized bed was researched on pilot plant scale. The titanium slag with high content of MgO and CaO ( 〉2. 5% ) was used as the feedback. Several experimental parameters such as chlorine flow, reaction tempera- ture were discussed and the morphology of reaction product was analyzed. The conversion of TiO2 was up to 90%. It is found that the anti- agglomeration ability of the combined fluidized bed is obvious because of the accumulation of MgCl2 and CaCl2 on the surface of unreacted slag which was carried out in the reactor.
