摘 要:本文以单层分散理论为指导,制备了SrCl2/SiO2吸附剂。对制备的样品进行XRD检测和氨吸附性能测试,研究了焙烧温度和担载量对氯化锶在粗孔硅胶载体上单层分散效果和吸附特性的影响。研究结果表明:氯化锶在粗孔硅胶载体上分散的适宜焙烧温度为500℃,其分散阈值小于0.3g/g;氯化锶在粗孔硅胶载体上的分散状况不同,其吸附特征也不同;单层分散效果好的吸附剂具有非常良好的吸附稳定性。On the basis of theory of 'Spontaneous Monolayer Dispersion of Oxides and Salts onto Surface of Supports', the effects of different calcination temperatures, load capacities on the monolayer dispersion of SrCl2 onto silica gel were studied by XRD, and the ammonia adsorption of samples was measured. It indicates that it is optimal to calcine samples at 500℃ for the monolayer dispersion of SrCl2 onto silica gel, and the monolayer dispersion threshold is lower than 0.3g/g. Ammonia adsorption capacity of the sample calcined at 500℃ is the strongest in the different calcination temperatures. Ammonia pressure has different effects on ammonia adsorption capacity to different load samples.
