摘 要:通过测试比较,研究了竹纤维含量及纬密变化对竹/棉交织物面料吸放湿性、芯吸效应性能的影响规律.结果表明:竹/棉交织物的吸放湿性能和芯吸效应优于纯棉织物;随着织物纬纱中竹浆纤维含量的增加,交织物的吸放湿性能和芯吸效应明显改善,舒适性提高;吸湿或放湿初始,竹/棉交织物吸湿或放湿速率最大,织物可迅速吸收、排出汗液,使人体感觉凉爽、舒适,随着时间的延长,织物吸湿或放湿速率减弱;当经密不变时,随着纬密的增加,织物的吸放湿性能和芯吸效应略有下降.The effect of bamboo textile fiber content and the weft density change on the moisture absorption and liberation and the wicking property of bamtoo/eotton fabric is studied through the comparison test. It finally indicated that: the bamboo textile fiber has better effect on the moisture absorption and liberation and wicking property than cotton; the moisture absorption and liberation and wicking property of bamboo/cotton fabric are distinctly improved along with the increase of bamboo textile fiber content in weft; at the beginning of moisture absorption or liberation, the bamboo/cotton fabric absorbs or releases wet very fast, and make human feel cool and comfortable in short time. Along with the time extension, the speed of the fabric absorbing and releasing wet decreases; when the warp density is invariable, the moisture absorption and liberation and wicking property of fabric slightly drop down along with weft density increasing.
