摘 要:设计并采用相同的纺纱工艺纺制了5种不同混纺比例的甲壳素/棉混纺纱,研究了不同混纺比对甲壳素/棉混纺纱物理机械性能和抗菌抑菌性能的影响.结果表明:随着甲壳素纤维含量的增加,混纺纱的强伸性能明显下降,条干CV%、细节、粗节和棉结显著增加;毛羽逐渐增大,甲壳素纤维质量分数大于30%时,混纺纱毛羽急剧增大;抗菌抑菌效果显著增加,当甲壳素纤维质量分数大于10%时,混纺纱具有抗菌性,当质量分数大于30%时,抑菌率达到70%以上.The chitin/cotton blended yarn is prepared in the same spinning technology with five different blending ratios, and the effects of different blending ratios on physical and antibacterial properties of chitin/cotton blended yarn are studied. The results show that, with increasing chitin content, the tensile property decreases significantly, the yarn evenness CV%, thin places, thick places and neps increase obviously; the hairiness increases gradually, when the chitin content is above 30%, it increases significantly; the antibacterial effect increases significantly. When the chitin content is above 10%, the blended yarn has antibacterial property; when the chitin content is over 30%, the antibacterial ratio is above 70%.
