摘 要:选用经硅烷偶联剂KH550和KH560改性后的Si3N4纳米粉体对棉织物进行抗紫外线整理,通过测定棉织物整理前、后的紫外线反射率和染色棉织物K/S值确定最佳整理方法,并用TEM和热重分析表征了整理后棉纤维结构与性能,测试了棉织物的白度、硬挺度和拉伸性能变化.结果表明:采用纳米Si3N4+壳聚糖整理棉织物,不仅能增强抗紫外线性能,而且能提高活性染料对棉织物的上染性能;经纳米Si3N4+壳聚糖整理后,棉纤维热分解率明显降低,热分解起始温度下降,且织物变得硬挺,白度降低,断裂强力下降而断裂伸长率增大.Nano-Si3N4 modified by silane coupling agent KH550 and KH560 are used to finish cotton fabrics aginst ultraviolet radiation. The best method is gained through testing ultraviolet reflectivity of cotton fabrics before and after finishing, and K/S values of dyeing cotton fabrics. Also the structure and performances of cotton fibres are measured by TEM and TG. The change of whiteness, stiffness and tensile properties are detected. The results show that using nano Si3N4 + chitosan finishing mean both enforces anti-ultraviolet performance and improves dyeing of cotton fabrics; after finishing, the therrnolysis rate of cotton fiber significanly decrease and its beginning thermo-decomposition temperature drops down, the fabric become stiff, tensile strength and whiteness decrease and breaking elongation rate increases.
