百色RCC主坝施工技术创新

摘　　要：本文简要介绍广西百色水利枢纽RCC主坝工程施工的技术创新项目,如可调式悬臂翻升系列钢模板、辉绿岩人工砂石粉在RCC中的利用研究、坝体排水幕改排水管网方案、平台岩面及钢筋网部位采用机拌变态砼、移动式仓面喷雾机、仓面移动升降式灯塔、入仓口升降式栈桥、变态混凝土自动洒浆机研制、大卸槽输送RCC、溢洪道常态混凝土与主坝RCC同步浇筑等,与同行交流,共同提高碾压混凝土筑坝水平。This article briefly describes the technology innovation project of RCC main dam key water control project construction in Baise, Guangxi, such as adjustable boom turn-elevate series of steel formwork, diabase artificial gravel powder that utilized and studied in RCC, the scheme of drains network replacing the dam drainage curtain, machine--mix modified concrete was used in platform rock face and reinforcement fabric parts, movable--type working face sprayer, movable working face lift type lighthouse, working face inlet lift type trestle bridge, development of RCC auto slurry spreading machine, big unloading tank transports RCC, spillway normal concrete and main dam RCC synchronized pouring and so on. Communicate with colleagues and meanwhile raise the level of RCC dam construction together.
