摘　　要：针对初冷器喷洒洗萘存在的问题,介绍了相关工艺改进和调整操作参数的措施,引用轻质焦油稳定喷洒液组分,提高煤气洗萘效果,改善初冷器换热效果;既提高煤气净化质量,又提高生产的安全性。Against the existing problem in the process of naphthalene with primary gas cooler spraying, described the revant measures have been taken for process improvement and operating data adjustment, which stable liquid spraying component by the quotation of light quality tar and improve heat transfer effect with primary, gas cooler and the naphthalene scrubbing, from the coke gas not only ensure the quality of gas out of the primary cooler, but also increase the safety in production.
