菟丝子功效性味归经与现代药理学的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的运用现代药理学来阐述菟丝子传统的功效及药性理论，分析总结二者的相关性。方法通过机检中国期刊全文数据库（1991—2008）和手检中医药文献，对近年来有关菟丝子的文献进行分析，把有关菟丝子的现代药理学研究和其性味归经的相关性进行汇总。结果菟丝子性味归经与其药理作用具有一定的相关性：菟丝子味甘性温，入肝肾脾经，滋补肝肾，又可补脾，与“滋补肝肾”功效相关的药理作用有性激素样作用、延缓衰老、抗脑缺血、抗骨质疏松、降血糖和血脂、提高免疫、抗肝损伤；与“明目缩尿”功效相关的药理作用有抑制白内障生成、抗遗尿。结论菟丝子的药理作用与其性味、归经有吻合之处，为菟丝子的进一步研究开发及临床应用提供依据。Objective To elaborate the traditional effectiveness and property of Cuscuta chinensis Lam by use of modern pharmacology, and to summarize the correlation between the two theories. Methods To analyze the hteratures in recent years retrieving from China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ 1991 - 2008） periodical full text database and traditional Chinese medicine literatures, we compiled the correlation between the modern pharmacology researches and the traditional theories. Results By analyzing and summarizing,we found Cuscuta chinensis Lam＇s ＂flavor and meridian tropism＂ have certain relevance with its pharmacological actions. It is sweet in flavor and warm in nature,with its meridian tropism in liver,kidney and spleen, nourishing these organs. The pharmacological actions is related to the nourishing effects include hormone - like actions, anti - aging, anti - cerebralischemia, anti -osteoporosis, hypoglycemic and lipid -lowering, improving immune as well as preventing hepatic injury. The effects improving eyesight and anti - enuresisis relateed to pharmacological actions such as inhibiting cataract, anti - enuresis. Conclusion - These pharmacological actions can catch relation to the nature of ＂flavor and meridian tropism＂ of Cuscuta chirtensis Lam. The report provides the theoretical basis for the further research of the development and the clinical application of dodder.
