经前平颗粒对经前期综合征肝气逆证患者的神经内分泌调节

摘　　要：目的探讨经前平颗粒对经前期综合征肝气逆证患者血清内分泌激素和单胺类神经递质的影响及其治疗机理。方法病例均于治疗前、后采集月经周期的排卵期、黄体期2个时相血样,检测内分泌激素和单胺类神经递质的含量。结果该证患者雌、孕激素(E2、P)分泌峰形成不良或阙如,血清催乳激素(PRL)升高。治疗后经前平组E2、P黄体期显著升高,PRL显著降低,与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.01),而两组间比较也有显著差异(P<0.01);经前平组血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平治疗后均显著降低(P<0.01),治疗后组间比较,PMS肝气逆证患者血清5-HT、NE有显著变化(P<0.01)。结论经前平颗粒通过调节本证患者机体内环境的神经-内分泌平衡而达到治疗作用,血清E2、P、PRL、5-HT和NE可作为PMS肝气逆证的疗效观测指标。Objective To investigate the influence of Jingqianping granule on hormone and neurotransmitter in serum of premenstrual syndrome （PMS） with liver- ＂Qi＂ invation. Methods The blood samples of pretreatment and post treatment were collected, the levels of E2 , P, PRL,5 - HT, NE, E in serum were examined. Results Excretion pinnacle of E2, P disappeared or decreased obviously in excretion period, while the excretion of PRL was increased. The excretion of E2 and P was increased significantly in luteal phase while the level of PRL decreased after Jingqianping Granule treatment, and there was obvious difference be- tween pretreatment（P 〈0. 01）. There was also significant difference between two sets （P 〈0.01 ） . The levels of 5 - HT,NE decreased significantly after Jingqianping Granule treatment. Therapeutic group regulated 5 - HT, NE of PMS with liver - ＂Qi＂ invation much better than control group in post - treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Jingqianping granule may accommodate neuroendoerine balance in internal environment of PMS with liver -＂ Qi＂ invation. The levels of E2, P, PRL and neurotransmitter as 5 - HT、NE in serum can be the observation index to evaluate the therapeutic effect in PMS with liver - ＂Qi＂ invation.
