从2067例流行病调查资料探讨肾阳虚证辨证细化分型

摘　　要：目的对肾阳虚证流行病调查资料进行肾阳虚证辨证细化分型的探索。方法通过采集2067例60岁以上老年人肾阳虚证候资料,并结合国家诊断标准对肾阳虚证样本进行筛选,采用描述性分析、聚类分析、主成分分析阐述其数据的内部关系。结果2067例样本共筛选出937例符合肾阳虚证诊断的资料。结论通过数据分析显示出肾阳虚证内部数据存在着症状亚型,夜尿频多等可作为肾阳虚诊断新的主症。Objective To study the classification of diagnosis about Kidney - ＂ Yang＂ Deficiency by epidemiological survey. Methods Collected 2067 cases information of elderly people over the age of 60 with Kidney - ＂Yang＂ Deficiency syndromes of TCM from epidemiological survey, combined with the national diagnostic criteria for screening of Kidney - ＂ Yang＂ Deficiency samples, through descriptive analysis, cluster analysis, principal component analysis of its data on internal relations. Results A total of 937 cases were screened out of Kidney - ＂Yang＂ Deficiency information. Conclusion The data analysis shows that internal data of Kidney - ＂Yang＂ Deficiency symptoms of the existence of subtypes that night should be more frequent as the main criteria ＂Yang＂ - deficiency syndrome.
