摘　　要：肾间质纤维化与肾功能的恶化密切相关,而动物实验是研究肾间质纤维化尤为重要的手段。文章拟对常见的肾间质纤维化动物模型,包括单侧输尿管梗阻模型、环孢素A肾病模型、马兜铃酸肾病模型、镇痛剂肾病模型、阿霉素肾病模型等10种模型的制作和研究进展作一综述,以利于实验者根据不同的实验目的选择适宜的动物模型。Renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis closely correlates with deterioration of renal function. The experiments on animal models are especially important to study renal tubulointestitial fibrosis. Research advancement on ten animal models of renal tubulo - interstitial fibrosis, including unilateral ureteral obstruction model, cyclosporine A nephropathy model, aristolochic acid nephropathy model, analgesic nephropathy model, adriamycin nephropathy model and so on were reviewed in this paper. Researchers should find out appropriate animal models according to different objectives.
