摘　　要：目的探讨针刺对胶原性关节炎(Ⅱcollagen-induced arthritis,CIA)模型Cx43基因敲除小鼠治疗作用的途径及分子机制。方法用牛Ⅱ型胶原免疫野生型(Cx43+/+)及杂合型(Cx43+/-)小鼠,诱导关节炎建立CIA模型,初次免疫后第3周开始针刺治疗,观察其发病程度及外周血血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的变化。结果针刺降低Cx43+/+CIA小鼠关节炎指数和外周血TNF-α比Cx43+/-CIA小鼠明显(P<0.01)。结论针刺疗效与Cx43有关,通过缝隙连接蛋白起作用;抑制胶原性关节炎小鼠血清中的TNF-α;可能是其治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机制之一。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture collagen - induced arthritis（CIA） in Cx43 knockout mice. Methods Heterozygotes （ Cx43 ＋ / - ） and wild - types （ Cx43 ＋ / ＋ ） mice were used to induce CIA mouse model. Acupuncture was carried out from the third week. At the same time, arthritis score and onset of arthritis was recorded. After treatment with acupuncture, swelling index of joint and serum TNF -α level were examined. Results The results showed that acupuncture could decrease the swelling index of joints and level of TNF - α. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture on CIA mice is associated with Cx43. To regulate the level of TNF - α is one of the main mechanism of acupuncture to treat RA.
