摘　　要：物流金融为中小企业提供融资便利的同时,在具体实务中也面临诸多风险;如何规避风险以提高资金利用率已成为物流金融领域及理论界迫切需要解决的问题之一。本文以授信融资模式为例,首次利用可拓学的理论与方法对物流金融可能存在的风险进行分析,建立可拓模型,并对其进行可拓分析及可拓变换,找出矛盾问题的规律,最后提出运作主体各自及共同规避物流金融风险的有效方法和策略。Logistics finance is the combination of finance and logistics, which can effectively solves the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises, and also faces many risks. Taking credit extension financing mode for example, this paper analyzes the risks of logistics finance by methods of extension theory to build the extension model, and seeks for contradictions＇ laws by using extension analysis and extension transformation. Finally, this paper proposes formalized extension methods and strategies for risk avoidance.
