摘  要:[目的]分离草莓体内具有较高ACC脱氨酶活性的菌种,丰富具有果蔬保鲜价值的植物内生菌资源。[方法]采用ADF培养基分离具有ACC脱氨酶活性的细菌,并且用生理生化和分子生物学方法进行鉴定,将具有ACC脱氨酶活性的菌株在草莓中定植。[结果]分离出具有ACC脱氨酶活性的内生细菌23株,其中CJL1菌株的ACC脱氨酶活性最高,比活力达0.142U/mg。CJL1菌株为成团泛菌,能够在草莓体内稳定地定植。[结论]成功地在草莓体内分离得到具有高ACC脱氨酶活性并能定植的成团泛菌。[Objective] To isolate the endophytic bacteria with high ACC deaminase activity in strawberry and enrich the endophyte resources which are benefit for the preservation of fruits and vegetables.[Method] ADF separation medium were used to isolate the endophytic bacteria with ACC deaminase activity.The identification of endophytic bacteria was carried out using physiological,biochemical and molecular biological methods,and the colonization of endophytic bacteria with ACC deaminase activity on strawberry was then performed.[Result] A total of 23 endophytic bacteria with ACC deaminase activity had been isolated from strawberry,in which the ACC deaminase activity of CJL1 strain was the highest and the specific activity was up to 0.142 U/mg.The CJL1 strain was identified as Pantoea agglomerans and had successfully colonized in strawberry.[Conclusion] The endophytic bacteria CJL1 with high ACC deaminase activity,namely Pantoea agglomerans is successfully isolated from strawberry.
