摘  要:[目的]完善棉花"两带育苗"(带基质移栽和带拮抗作用的无土旱育苗技术)的配方结构。[方法]以棉苗发芽率为测定指标,在单质试验基础上采用DPS均匀试验,并对结果进行二次多项式回归方程模拟、优化求解,再验证最优配方。[结果]最佳基质配方为:X1占69.72%,X2占30.82%,X3占2.31%,X4占1.59%,X5占0.25%。此时的出苗率预测值达到81.63%。[结论]均匀设计法用于基质配方的筛选,能明显提高试验效率,降低试验费用,并在保证提整性、保水性等关键性能上得出较为理想的配方。[Objective] The research aimed to improve the technique system of cotton seedling raising with transplanting vector and antagonist.[Method] Cotton seedling emergence rate was used as a measure index.Even-design solution was adopted.The consequence of all treatments was simulated by quadratic polynomial.And optimization solution was adopted.[Result] Satisfactory formula was as follows:X1 69.72%,X2 30.82%,X3 2.31%,X4 1.59%,X5 0.25%.Thus,the seedling emergence reached 81.63%.[Conclusion] Uniform design method for the screening matrix formulations could significantly improve test efficiency and reduce testing costs,come to a more satisfactory formula in ensuring complete dragging rate,water retaining property and other key performance.
